Vacations With The Family Rock!

I am looking for a caribbean cruise on a ship with a family suite .?

My wife and I want to take our son (15) on a cruise. We want to get seperate rooms. I have seen some cruise lines have "family suites", which are basically 2 adjoining rooms. Anyone have tips on how to book these?

Instead of suites, a lot of the cruise lines have adjacent rooms. So you can have a seperate room, but you can leave the doors between the rooms open so you can be together.

Royal Caribbean has a new ship coming out in May called "Freedom of the Seas" that will have several suites desigened for families. It looks like it's going to be a great ship!

I've cruised with my wife and sons on both Disney and Carnival. Both offered suites and the ability to get rooms next to each other if you book early enough. The suites are still pretty small, but they did provide some distance between us and our kids.
