Yes . We live within a 25 minute drive of two little known Revolutionary War battles that turned the tide of the Revolution in the favor of the Continental Army. Had the battle of Cowpens , S.C. not halted the British advance into the Western sections` of N.C. & S.C. , the war would have been lost .At the battle of Cowpens` , our American farmers`, clerks` , doctors` , and boys` from many parts of the Southeast were out " heavily" numbered , but prevailed due to early American battle inginuity . As the British retreated from the battle of Cowpens with heavy losses` , they tried to make a stand at Kings Mountain N.C. The final defeat of the British forces in the South came at the hands`of Patriots known as "The Over The Mountain Men" at The Battle of Kings Mountain" where the British were soundly destroyed !! The Patriotic Courage of the heavily out numbered , out armed Americans`, that against all odds would not accept defeat , simply the best example of why we have this great nation today !!
my family and i are going to singapore this coming summer and its our first time there. what travel agency are good? is there any family package tour? tnx
Travel Agency, No way, I prefer to buy me a ticket directly on Singapore Air and book in a hotel for 3 days or a week, You will not enjoy your trip cause agencies has limited tours in places where they like you to bring, Mostly spend hours on trips instead of seeing more tourist spots then on business store they got contact with, then time limits going back to the Hotel. Think about it. Surf the net for travelling and hotel booking.
My husband and I want to go on vacation on Feb. 07 with our son, who will be 23 months then. I have already looked into Sandals Beaches and found it to be great. I really like the Turks & Caicos resort but it's the most expensive of all the Beaches Resort.
So I would like to compare compare with others but I don't know any other resorts that are similar. Thanks!
Oops, I forgot to add that I want to look only into All Inclusive Resorts.
You could try anywhere in the Carribean. We found Jamaica, St Lucia and Trinidad and Tobago great.
Sandals and Couples are couples only I think.
Breezes and Beaches have more facilities for families.
Don't you think Matthew will get more out of the travel when he is a few years older ?
I always feel sorry for parents and babies flying as when they cry you do not know if their ears are blocked as they are two younge to tell you. I am sure there are many beautiful places ti visit locally for a few years until Matthew grows up a bit.
I am tryin to locate on the Norwegian Cruise line website where I can find the pricing for employees. I am currently an employee and work on the Pride of Aloha, and want to send my parents on a cruise. I just can't find any pages with that info on it

Italy travel: Rome, the Christian Catacombs (beginning). Unlike the Catacombs in Paris, these catacombs had no bones. However, it was a rather amazingly intricate and extensive network of tunnels! The video shows that you wouldn't want to play 'hide and seek' here. The one that we visited had tens of thousands of bodies interred in it's time.
